I got some resistance equipment today yesterday. I think its great. You can do just about anything with them, and any exercise you can think off!

I work out 4 times a week. Weights and Cardio Vascular training. I stop and start now and then though and I've got to keep to a stricter diet plan so I can tone up.
I've also got a good mate who is gonna start working out with me and he's a qualified personal trainer so i should be sweet by then end of the year!!

If you over train as far as muscles are concerned you can actually end up going backwards instead of gaining! Proven fact!

I do cardio 4 times a week with my weight training. Do the weights and stuff first then finish of with 30mins cardio! Burns shit loads of fat that way if done properly!

yeah i know. What im saying is, when you train your muscles, you break that tissue inside, and it usually takes about 48hrs to heal, so if you train 2 times a day....you will be working on that already broken tissue, and then that can cause injury, and your delaying the muscle tissue growth.

The main thing you've got to realize with training is everything in moderation. Plus NEVER push yourself too hard. That's when you hit fucked up city!
