Hard Knoxx enter their locker room to find Donnie Haze sitting behind a desk signing some papers. Cigar in mouth, hair tied back in a pony tail and as always, his black Armani suit worn fresh and clean. He hears the door open and looks up from his work. Nicho, Johnny and Alana Marie walk in. All smiles. Donnie drops the pen. and leans back in his chair
Nicho: Yo Donnie man, whats up? Where you been bro? Shoulda come out celebrating with us...
Donnie: Indeed...
Johnny taps Nicho on the shoulder and mouths "whats his problem?" Nicho shrugs
Nicho: Something on your mind?
Donnie taps the paperwork on his desk
Donnie: You know what this is? This is the contract you have to sign if you want your match at Sunburn to go ahead... I've spent the day putting it in order for you.... Because this is a very important match Ladies and Gentlemen... A very important match. So if you'd all please put your John Hancocks on the dotted lines provided, I would greatly appreciate it...
Hard Knoxx step forward and each sign their name on the dotted line.
Donnie: Thank You... Now, it's important that every single one of you listens to the words coming out of my mouth... that's what you hired me for... I've been in the business a long time... not here, back home in Miami... I know what needs to be done to make it to the top...
Johnny: I'm the World Champ, Nicho's the Australian champ... we're already at the top.
Donnie: Not true Mr. Stripes... you may have won one match... you may have been lucky there was a title on the line.... but 1 match doesn't prove anything... I'm glad you all had your fun celebrating, but the time for celebrations are over... You need to buckle down and concentrate on your upcoming match, because whether you agree or not... this is the important one... you will be teamed up taking on another 2 teams, all of you out there to prove just one little thing... Who is the most dominant stable in the DUEW? This is the one that will give you the bragging rights... so I don't wanna see no half assed efforts out there... you give it everything you got and then some understand? This is the one that will prove if you lot can function as a team, more importantly, dominate as a team, Ladies and Gentlemen... this is the biggest match in the history of Hard Knoxx.
Donnie stands up and leans forward on his desk.
Donnie: You got 1 shot at this!
He puts up 1 finger
Donnie: 1 shot.... don't screw it up! Read each other out there, play off each other... cause when it comes to a match like this, there's 2 main rules. Number 1: Know your team.... know what each of you is capable of, you're out there with nothing but each other, so use it. That could be the difference between winning and losing... and Number 2: Know your enemy...
Donnie reaches into his desk draw and pulls out 3 folders, one addressed to Nicho Z, another addressed to Johnny Stripes and the last Adressed to Alana Marie. They open it up with a bit of confusion.
Johnny: What is this?
Donnie: That Mr. Stripes is a little projectI've been working on... ever since the card went up, I've been keeping myself busy, researching every single one of your opponents, knowing your opponents, it's got everything you need to know about them in there... Injuries past and present... Tactics used to win matches... Tactics used against them causing a loss... Everything from A - Z... I put a lot of time into it so read it... remember it!
Donnie sits back down in his chair and picks up the pen,he starts tapping it against his cheek as his clients read through the folders
Donnie: We can't afford to lose this match people!
