The scene opens at court room. Animal is sitting in chains in an orange body suit. A judge walks in and the magistrates assistant announces
"ALL RISE"
Everyone stands and then sit back down. In the crowd Jonny Stripes and Disturbed are seen in suits. Further back Julio and Miss.Howard are sitting down. On the left of them, further down the row sits Ballistic and Angie. Scattered around the courtroom are also Nicho Z, Ryan James and Joey Malone. At the front Mr.Howard and Hare are sitting with their barrister.
Judge:"This is the case of Mr. Stribeski verses Down Under Extreme Wrestling...would the jury pass the verdict please"
A small, blonde man stands in the jury and says with a bone chilling resonance
Juror:"By a unaminous vote this jury finds Mr. Stibelski (Animal) guilty"
The crowd are in an uproar, some crying, some laughing, some shaking their heads.
Judge:"The sentencing for Mr.Stribelski is a 12 month suspended sentence, he is to serve 300 hours community service and is banned from any DUEW event for 12 months"
Magistrates Assistant:"This court is dismissed"

*All of the people that attended the hearing are now standing outside the courtroom, as the hearing has just finished. The Hare and Julio are shaking handfs and laughing with Joey Malone. Disturbed and Jonny are fuious, shaking their heads. Disturbed spots The Hare, Julio and Joey doing this, and walks over to them.*
Hare- Hahaha, this is fabulous, no more ANIMAL!
*appearing from around the corner*
Disturbed- Yes Hare, laugh it up, my brother is gone for 12 months. He is in real trouble, and all you can do is laugh.
Julio- Animal belonged anywhere but DUEW, thank God he's finally gone!
Disturbed- Uh-hu, why's that? Is that because you were sick of his ecolistic self, or is it because he injured you lot so many times, or is it because now you have one less compedator to worry about loosing against?!
Julio- Shut up, I could beat your brother any day!
Disturbed- Well I guess you'll be waiting quite some time to prove that. Anyway, Animal left you a little gift he wanted you to have...
*Pulls a small box from his pocket*
Disturbed- Here you go...
Hare- don't open it, Julio, its a trap!
*Julio cautiously opens it. Just as he pulls the lid off he turns his head and lets out a little squeal.*
Joey- Shut up, man, it's just a bit of paper.
*Julio pulls it out*
Hare- Well what does it say?!
*Julio is standing there gobstruch, with his mouth hanging wide open. Some tears are beginning to well in his eyes*
Hare- WELL what does it say?!
Julio- there's a note...and...a picture.
*Julio hands this to Hare, and hare looks almost the same as Julio did when he first glanced at it. The camera zooms in to see a note saying "I told you I'd get you back. Signed- Animal.
There is Also a picture. I picture of julio's limo, which is spray- panted in big red letters "B.O.D fovever, BITCH!"

Jonny is watching the scene from a distance, though he knows what is happening and is laughing openly. He is getting dodgy looks and some people evenwalk off. Eventually Nicho Z comes up to him. He bends down to Jonny, who is stooped over in laughter and says
Nicho:"Are you alrite man?"
Jonny doesnt say anything, he merely fishes into his pocket and pulls out a rough photo of a limosine. Nicho looks perplexed and doesnt get it.
Jonny:"Its..hahaha...umm...hehe...Julios...hahahaha"
Nicho starts cracking up and after a minute Jonny stops, wipes a tear from his eye and says
Jonny:"Now I gotta show Hare his limo"
Jonny strides over and pulls out a folded photo. He hands it to Hare and before he has even looked The two members of B.O.D re already laughing at Julio and Hare. Even Joey gives off slight snigger.
The two friends walk off, talking about Animal and his suspended sentence while the camera keeps a view of the proceedings.
(OOC-A suspended sentence is like probation, he isnt in jail, but he will go if he is badly behaved)

**The Hare and Julio are still walking when they hear a loud voice from inside the courtroom. Hare turns around and walks in and he see's Animal laughing. Julio then walks up to The Hare and they head over to Animal, who is still chained up and in his orange jump-suit. Hare grabs the ledge in front of Animal and begins to yell**
The Hare: What the hell did you just say?!
Animal: You heard me. I said you're a little bitch, and that B.O.D will kick your ass any day!
The Hare: Oh yeah? Well we might just have to see about that...won't we?
**Hare looks at Julio and quickly jumps up and grabs Animal by the collar**
The Hare: **Talking with his teeth tight together** You touch my car again...and you're a dead man! Same goes with Julio's. And if I ever see you around my property again....I will personally open a can of 'Hare Brand Whoop-Ass'! So watch out...
Animal: Oh yeah? I can't remember the last time you even touched me...let alone beat me!
**The Hare looks at the Police Officer, who is busy talking to Mr Howard. The Hare then looks back at Animal and spits in his face**
The Hare: Survivour Cup! And I gotta go....so I guess I will see you in 12 months. Or are you too scared to come back?? Haha
**The Hare lets go of Animal and he and Julio walk out of the room, laughing and pointing at Animal, who still has some of The Hare's spit on his face**

Hare and Julio walk out laughing and bang right into Jonny Stripes, who was about to enter the courtroom.
Julio:"Ewww, watch where your walking idiot"
Jonny raises his fist at Julio and says
Jonny:"Get outta here little man"
Julio scurries away, leaving Hare and Jonny alone
Jonny:"You know Hare, I was th first to win the World Title"
Hare:"Oh shut up, its always the same song and dance with you"
Jonny continues,despite what Hare is saying
Jonny:"And you beat me, after weakening me earlier with that vicious attack"
Hare:"Have a cry"
Jonny:"Well, on ANZAC day I get a chance to put you away for good...because if i beat you, why should you get another title shot? You shouldnt, there is no way to justify it"
hare:"Shut up Jonny, I will always be in the title hunt"
Jonny:"Maybe, but you will not beat me"
hare:"You loser, get away from me"
Jonny:"NO! You listen to me...out of everybody in this entire world you are the one i HATE the most...you are evil, cunniving, malicous and full of hate...and at this PPV i will beat all of that shit outta your body, now you get away from me"
