The show opens with “Life in the fast lane” by the Eagles playing along to the DUEW opening video. Once the video is over we cut to the arena, where the fans are going crazy as Green and Gold fireworks blast from above the titantron. We are welcomed to the final show of Sunburn by JJ and Tom C. They are telling us what a huge night we have tonight, with all of the titles on the line, including a three way for the Deathmatch title and Jonny Stripes challenging for the World Title. But first up with have to welcome our despicable Tag Team champions, Luda and Lance who are being challenged by the Beer Drinkers, who were fresh back from a Russian jail cell.
“Number One Spot” plays out and Luda and Lance come out, holding their Tag Team titles. In front of him is Antonio Silva, making sure no one springs them and behind is Big Bob Harris, watching their backs. They make their way to the ring and get in, with the rest of the Posse waiting on the outside.
Then the sound of glass smashing blasts through the speakers and Steve Austin comes out, two bottles of beer in his hands. He looks really pissed off and is walking very fast towards the ring. Antonio and Bob move towards him and he stops on the ramp and points to the back. “Stand” by Motorhead plays out of the speakers and everyone turns expectantly towards the entrance.
But Lemmy doesn’t come from the back but from the crowd, with two chairs in his hand. He sneaks in to the ring and hits a “Feel the Music” on Lance, sending him crashing to the floor. Luda shouts out to the rest of the posse, who turn to go in the ring. At this Austin charges and smashes the bottles on the top of Big Bobs head, sending him, knocked out, to the floor. Antonio turns and grabs Austin, holding him high above him in the air, then performing a military press to the hard floor.
Back in the ring Luda has disarmed Lemmy and the bell has rung for the match to begin. Luda has Lemmy in the corner and is stomping away at him, aiming for his ribs. Lance is getting up and looks groggy, but makes his way to the apron, ready to be tagged if he is needed.
On the outside Austin is leaning against the barricade, holding his back and trying to get up. Antonio is trying to wake up Big Bob and doesn’t realise Austin is back behind him, foot ready to swing for a low blow. Antonio rolls into a ball onto the floor, holding his groin and the Posse is out of action. Austin slowly makes his way to the apron as well and the tag match is now really under way.
Meanwhile, in the ring, Luda has a reverse bear hug set in on Lemmy, putting pressure on his ribs. Lemmy soon enough manages to break out, but at the same time is struggling with his ribs hurting. Luda and Lemmy then proceed to have a bit of a punching contest, with Lemmy getting the better of it. However he ends up getting grounded when he tried a running clothesline and Luda reversed it, by grabbing his arm and yanking his body back, into a back breaker.
Luda signals to Lance and he gets in the ring, standing next to Lemmy. Luda climbs the top turnbuckle and gives the crowd the finger, as they shout at him to fall. Austin goes to get in the ring but before he can Lance charges and knocks him off the apron. Lance laughs and nods at Luda, before walking next to Lemmy, making sure he stays on the ground. Luda dives off, going for the “Luda Meister” but as he jumps Lemmy grabs Lances leg and pulls him to the floor, causing Luda to land the “Luda Meister” on Lance.
Luda gets up and sees what he has done, cursing at himself but he doesn’t realise Lemmy is waiting for him and he goes down, getting hit with the Sweet Chin Music. Lemmy covers him and gets to two, before the ref has to get up to stop Antonio from interrupting. Lemmy gets up in anger and goes after to him, hitting a top rope stun gun on Antonio.
However Lemmy turns right into trouble, as Luda has brass knucks on Luda flies his fist at Lemmy, but he ducks just in time and runs past Luda. As Luda turns he hits the Sweet Chin Music again, causing Luda to stumble right into Austin, who is up again. Austing kicks him in the gut and hits a stunner, before rolling out of the ring again. Lemmy covers Luda and picks up the win with a three count
Backstage there are many men in the locker room, watching what has just transpired. Bret, Jimmy, Lover and Nicho are looking on, seemingly amazed by what just happened.
Lover: “I was afraid that would happen”
Nicho: “It ain’t so bad”
Bret: “Ha, there will never be a champ like me again, not in the tag division”
Lover: “Yeah, right”
Jimmy: “You got nothing Bret, face it. You know I am better than you”
Nicho: “I’ll see ya all later, I got a title match”
Nicho leaves the room and Bret smirks
Jimmy: “Only a matter of time for you, Bret”
Bret: “Yeah, soon I will get another title”
Jimmy: “Oh no, I meant soon Mr. Howard will fire you for being so bad”
Bret: “What the hell is your problem? You don’t deserve anything you have got in this place so far…you have been here for what, a month at the most? Now you get a World Title shot”
Lover: “Hey leave the man alone…he made an impact, 1 month and he shook things up. Jimmy, well done on your achievements”
Jimmy: “Thanks man”
The scene goes back to the arena where Nicho is making his way out to the ring. Shortly afterwards Animal comes down as well. Before the match gets started the crowd start up opposing “Animal” and “Nicho” chants, going back and forth. Eventually the cheers break into a “DUE’dub”
The match however is quite a poor one, with Animal being off pace for most of the short match. It ends when Animal, having got Nicho in the corner, charges for a splash but misses, as Nicho ducks out of the way. As Animal stumbles backwards, Nicho hits a clothesline on the back of his head, before getting a three count and winning the match, defending his Australian title
We go backstage now to take a look at all the contenders for the Deathmatch title. First is Joey Malone, who is holding a steel chain. Then we see Dizzy, who had a barbed wire 2 x 4 and finally Pyro who has a little bag. They all make their way to the ring and are about to start when Pyro calls for a mike
He tells them that seeing as the two of them were bringing their weapons of choice to the ring, he would too. So he told them to be amazed because what he had in the bag was no doubt amazing. And then he did it. He pulled out a Donald Duck hand puppet. Pyro puts it on and begins making its mouth move, saying through it: “Pyro doesn’t need a weapon to beat the crap out of you losers”. Joey looks at Dizzy and Dizzy nods at Joey. They both charge down Pyro and the match begins frantically.
Soon we see that Pyro is taken way by surprise, as he is thrown from the turnbuckle to the mats outside, where he stays for most of the match. Joey and Dizzy end up fighting it out. It looks like Joey has the win, after he ties Dizzys arm with the chain around the ring post, and then throws him off of the turnbuckle, leaving him hanging, his shoulder hurting badly. The chain gives way and Dizzy rolls to the mat, holding his shoulder, which may be dislocated. Joey is about to cover but suddenly gets whacked on the back by a chair from Pyro, who has snuck back inside the ring
Pyro laughs and hits Joey again, this time in the gut, causing Joey to double over in pain. Pyro kicks him and then goes to Dizzy, who is making his way to his feet again, holding his shoulder, which is hurting him a lot. Unfortunately it is his right arm, which he uses more than his left. Pyro, thinking he can wrap the win up, makes the mistake of approaching Disturbed when he has a weapon at hand.
Dizzy grabs the chain from earlier and whacks it into Pyros head, and then he starts running to hit a clothesline on Pyro. He connects but ends up running right into a Napoli Cutter from Joey, who had sprung up from the floor. Joey rolls onto Disturbed and a three count makes it a win and a new Deathmatch champion, in Joey Malone
After Joey is shown celebrating for a bit the scene cuts to the locker room of Luda, who has Lance carrying Kim in his arms. The posse are all laughing as Luda hits the camera that was watching them, as he goes out for the match
All of a sudden an all to familar sound comes over the speakeres and Jimmy emeges alone with nothing but a steel chair. HE walks carmly down to the ring and two the side of it. He sets up the chair and sits down.
The bell rings and the action gets underway, it is obvious that jonny is distracted and within 3 mintues it appears as if he is about to lose. Luda rasies his hand and clicks three times, imedialty his posse comes down too the ring and they drag Kim along too.
This didn't have the wanted effect as this just charges jonny up. Within 5 mintes Jonny has compleatly turned the situation around and has Luda covered. 1...2... Jonny jumps up and starts to flee after lance, the posse is running away with kim. Jonny knocks Lance out with 1 blow and the other 2 run away. Jonny runs back to the ring with Kim, gets in and deliveres the Alamo Crusher and gets the three count.
He shoves Luda out of the ring and Pulls Kim in, they are celerbrating we Jimmy stands up and gets into the ring. he offers his hand to jonny and then jonny acepts, Jimmy Flips jonny imediatly and the backs off yelling soon it will be mine.
