No, actually there would be no problem becuase it would still be considered the saem time, so if they are ahead of the owner he can put when that time is, or, he could make a board telling what are their times where they live, it will not be that hard, I have a site, and we do it, but we did not make the forum with the times, I just put "The Dead Time for Raw is Saturady at 12:00" or something.
