We got some problems going on here

I am really losing patience at how things are running around here lately...Our last PPV was 5 days late, this one is already a day late and counting...and the worst part of it is that we aren't hanging out for anything great...lets face it, our results are becoming increasingly rushed and poor...last week the match Matt wrote was longer than the rest of the results combined

Add to this the storylines have dropped off...as owner, you should be the driving force behind them but on this PPV card what has been acheived? One match stemming from one very good storyline, which is having a decent climax (Jonny/Diz)...and another match that is part of a feud, but doesn't really mean much (Joey/Lemmy)

What it seems like is that the fed has lost all of its forward thinking...the cards seem to be made up on the spot...eg, you could have held off the Tag Title match till this week and have a good climax that means something at the PPV but instead you played your cards too early and blew it on a Sunburn match

It seems that because of this, rping has dropped dramatically...for example, we haven't been delighted by Pyro's maniac antics all month...maybe he is having trouble finding time, but he put in a good effort with Austin...I don't want to speak on behalf of him but he isn't the only one I have seen drop off...Luda is another prime example...again, maybe he can't find time for it but maybe its because he has very little to rp for, because there isn't a high quality end result

This isn't the only time I have felt like speaking out about my fading love of this site...but I kept my mouth shut, cos I knew that dissent in the ranks would cause even more unhappiness "behind the scenes", so to speak

I know we got a new co owner coming in, and I think that you got a mighty big task to take us back where we were in December...for now, I am with you both...but be warned, you can't disregard my words, if you do the fed is sure to be gone by the years end...things need to change, so how about some changes happen!

I'm sad to say this but i agree whole-heartedly with Jonny. I know time is an issue Damo, as I'm sure you have a lot on your plate, but with a new co-owner i really hope more organisation occurs. For example, before this new co-owner starts, i think he and damo need to have a little chat about who is covering what in the fed, making sure the jobs are distributed evenley and trying to make each job done effectiveley and efficientley. I don't mean to put too much pressure on our new co-owner, but when Jonny was in the position DUEW had never run smoother or been more active. I really hope the new co-owner will be able to see these problems and address them before it's too late.

Me and you doing HSC this year...I know Pyro must be coming to the end of his schooling this year or next

If the results are due on a Sunday they should be up by midnight at the latest...today I could have done an rp, but because no results and no card, my time to rp is being cut down by a whole night

Its becoming a joke! I make time for the fed, make some time for me!

I also agree fully with what Danny has said.

If you're going to run an e-fed, and set deadlines for yourself, it is your responsibility to live upto them. If the show is called "Saturday Night Sunburn," then the results should be up on a Saturday night.

Now I know time is an issue, but you could be smart and find short cuts. For example, judge RP's/RRP's as they come, don't leave it all until the deadline is up. Just keep a sheet of paper, or a word document, or whatev handy, so when it is time to write the matches, you can just use that sheet/document/whatev to add up the scores, etc. Instead of leaving every single RP to be judged at the end of the week.

Also, we need more proof-reading on the fed. A lot of stuff is mis-spelt, or looks extremely messy on the boards/sites. Colour and presentation adds a lot to your posts, and putting cards, etc in colour, different fonts, whatev makes the site look much more official.

Now that I look back, I would of run for co-owner, but it's too late. But I'll gladly help out whoever the new co-owner is with their job.

Wow guys take it easy. Don't go on Damo at the same time. Do you know how hadr is to run e-fed? I do. Ihad one but my computer broke down some time before and I had to close it.

Yeah there are problems with the card. But the problems in the story lines are not Damo's fault.

Bret has made almost all of his feuds. The one with Joey and the feud with Dizzy(witch by the way is still going on and why I didn't get match for the deathmatch title? I am thwe frist contender right?) So we need to put some good rping too. We should make the feud more interesting.

I didn't wrote with Lemmy coz there was nothing to me to win or lose. But still that is not ONLY Damo's fault. We are not grate neighter. And Damo if you need help for the matches say I can help.

the results r up now, i am sorry thet are one day late but it was due to computer trouble

This week has been very busy for me so i am sorry

Now with a new co-owner things should go alot smoother

and i am currently in the prosess of creating a new site wich will hopfully increase the people here, and better the comunity

as far as story lines go, sorry they are droping od atm

but i am trying to center most things around the howard feud, with if you read the reutls is bieng taken to a new level

And as I've said like a million times, I would be MORE THAN HAPPY to write the matches for you. Infact, I would love that to be my job

I don't get why you don't write the matches during the week and then once you know who won you write up the finish...that way the results only need 30 minutes and they can be up before the night is out
