TOM C: Welcome back folks. We've just recieve a video package from Snake entitled "Training". Could this be his work out regime for his big match against Animal this week John?
J.J: I dunno Tom. Lets role it to find out what it's all about.
**START VID CAP**
*The scene is set with Eye of The Tiger playing and Snake in sweats running towards the camera. He's about 10 metres away from the cam when he trips and face plants the side walk.
The tape then cuts to Snake in the gym with Nicho holding a boxing bag for Snake to punch. The bag has a picture of Animal's face on it. Snake lines up for a punch then pulls out a black marker and draws a handle bar moustache on Animal's picture. Nicho rolls his eyes and pushe the bag towards Snake, knocking him flat on his arse.
We cut once again to Snake in the kitchen mixing up all sorts of ingredients into a blender to drink. He blends it up and pours it into a glass. He goes over to the since to wash the mixer and in that same instants Knightmare walks in and takes puts his duffle bag on the counter which knocks the drink onto the ground. Snake turns around and slips on the liquid.
As the song begins to finish, we get a shoot of Snake running up stairs. He reaches the top and starts jumping up and down celebrating. The camera zooms out to see that Snake had only climb about 10 steps.
The final shot is of Snake looking at the camera smiling with a black eye, missing tooth and neckbrace.*
SNAKE: That's right Animal! I'm ready and rearing to go buddy! No one trains as hard as the Snake so be afraid, be very afraid!

TOM C: Well apparently young Snake has been working hard towards his match this week John. And you know what, all the luck to him!
