Ok guys a new treat with something very interesting.

TNA will be removing Roderick Strong and Austin Aries from their bookings for at least the next several tapings and possibly as long as several months in a disciplinary move for willingly putting themselves in a position where they could have missed the Against All Odds PPV this past weekend, despite orders to skip a Ring of Honor event to travel to Florida.

Aries and Strong were among a crew of TNA wrestlers scheduled to appear at Ring of Honor's Lake Grove, New York event the night before Against All Odds in Orlando. Due to the heavy snowstorm that was heading into the Northeast, TNA management requested that everyone leave immediately for the airport and booked them on flights to Orlando. Jay Lethal, Alex Shelley, and Homicide all left and flew to Orlando. Aries and Strong, who hold the ROH Tag Team belts, remained and worked the show. They flew to Florida the next morning and appeared on the PPV as scheduled in a loss to the Naturals.

Strong and Aries both lost matches at the Impact taping two nights later. Their storyline where they and Alex Shelley had been complaining that they were being given chances in TNA, which teased an eventual showdown with Jerry Lynn, was also dropped. The company was unhappy with the two not doing what was requested of them when asked, which led to the decision to "bench them" for the time being.

I was told by a number of sources that while TNA does value Aries and Strong's work, they unfortunately ended up being made an example of because management is tired of talents missing PPV events when advertised. Although they made the PPV, Strong and Aries are being penalized by TNA in an attempt to send a message to the locker room and will have to pay the price.

TNA has removed Austin Aries and Roderick Strong from their upcoming tapings and cut their TNA storylines short for the next several tapings, possibly for the next few months. TNA is making an example out of Aries and Strong, both of whom were told to skip the ROH show on Saturday night to fly to Orlando, FL early for the Against All Odds PPV on Sunday. Because of bad weather in the Northeast, TNA feared that talent could miss the PPV which is why all TNA wrestlers who were scheduled to work the ROH show were told to skip it and fly to Orlando. Jay Lethal, Alex Shelley, and Homicide listened. Aries and Strong did not, deciding to work the ROH show then fly to Orlando. While they did make the PPV on time, TNA has decided to show that not listening to them will not be tolerated.

In this case, it sounds like the company were perfectly within their rights to be angry and call them out of the event. Thats why I vote TNA was right

I voted that they are 'bouth' right. I can see where TNA managment are coming from, but Strong and Aries MADE the PPV. I guess the managment have the right to get angry at them, but I don't think suspending them was the right choice.

Well Jonny you watch only WWE, don't you? TNA show better things, it is really good. They are much better than WWE. There are no Boogeyman, nothing like JBL manager, they don't use stupid gimmiks and destroying some of the bset wrestlers on the ring. Hint - Tajiry and Bulrchil!

I watch TNA once a month (the PPV's)

and i tel you something, there matches are fucking awsome, but in my opinion the way they finish matchups let it down, just my opinion, and WWE are the bigger and better dogs in the yard!

TNA will get there though, you can just tell!

WWE are bigger but they are not better! They would be better if they leave Eddie to rest in peace! They would be better if they change the gimmicks of the half roster. If they stop to ban moves that make the wrestling loog good and let the guys to show what they can. Coz now, sorry to say it, but the guys in there can'tshow 50% of what they have! Most probably they will ban CM Punk's finisher too because it is pedgree from the thirth rope and we know who else use pedegree. (For the guys that don't know CM Punk is in OVW right now)

TNA give their superstar place to work. They think the words in the interwiels, they make the matches. It is not nothing like WWE. Thanks God A.J. and Joe told Vince to ...... coz if they go to WWE they will ruind their carrers. And Nicho find the last Impact from January. And watch the interwie with Sting! You will see the diference betwen WWE and TNA and you will see who is better!

And by the way if something is comersial that don't mean it is the best!

'Brett Hart,' (a.k.a Bret Hart) just because you think TNA is better - doesn't mean it is. Now I haven't seen much TNA - but it's pretty damn impressive.

But with the title of the thread, 'SUSPNDED or the biggest mistake on TNA,' in no way would suspending two RoH guys be the biggest mistake TNA has made. Sure, they're great and all but there are plenty of mistakes/missed opportunities that TNA could of taken advantage of. For example, Y2J. They could sign him any day, they have more financial backing than WWE does - so why not sign Jericho to what he wants? He's more useful than Sting. He could put on much more entertaining matches, and isn't 45+ years old.

Sorry to burst your marking out bubble, but Joe actually INVITED one of WWE's top scouts/writers/whatev to an RoH event. He's interested in going to WWE. I'd love to see him in WWE, see what they do with him. WWE has even told of their intrest in Samoa Joe, andnthat he could be one of the top heels in WWE.

Second Vince had invited Joe two years in a row and the answer was the same: "You can eat my candy stick".

And it is not only TNA fault for not sign with Y2J. Didn't you think he quit WWE because he wanted rest? If he don't want to work with them there is nothing that could help them make him work!

And last but not least. They don't control their superstars! They got other work and they can't just leave like Homicide and the other did.

And sorry to say it to you Matt but if you think any of TNA or ROH superstar can get to the top in WWE you are wrong. There is no way they put A.J or Joe in the mainevents. They will need years to show something they already showed! And they will 100% sure will make it worst.

How do you know that WWE pays people to fill in their seats? Plenty of times I have seen arenas not full...when WWE rolls into town, you want to go because it happens sometimes once, twice a year

Yes, we have all heard the stuff about Vince banning cruiserweights from some of their more 'extreme' moves, but that doesn't mean that none get performed!

I have seen Paul London in ROH and trust me, he is pretty much just as good now, if not better to watch because he has a refined style, with more mat wrestling thrown in

And more to the point, in TNA do you have people like Shane McMahon diving off the scaffolding to deliver 40 foot elbow drops? Do you see people diving off the stage into tables? Is there anything like a TLC over there? Would an 80 year old woman (Mae Young) allow herself to get powerbomber off a stage in TNA? Ok, so Jeff Hardy dived off some sick arse high shit, but he did all that stuff when he was in WWE, and there are still people doing that stuff in WWE atm (even if they cannot compare to an original like Jeff in many fans eyes, including you I am sure)

I am not stupid, I have seen some of TNA to back this up and let me tell you, Samoa Joe is boring!! Kurt Angle, Chris Benoit, they would whoop his ass with submissions

And don't get me started on TNA wrestlers on the mike...aside from Christian Cage, who is there? Jarrett is ok on the mike in small doses...but all I hear aside from them are big fat silent pauses!

Not to say that TNA have no good wrestlers, AJ is truly phenomenal but no one can compare to the young WWE superstars...because in the ring they all tell stories, Carlito, he tells a story, Masters, he tells a story, Shelton too...its because they are around the very best in HHH, Flair, HBK, Kane, Benoit and Angle

As for the Boogeyman, that is not stupid...maybe if you bothered to look into things with the WWE more deeply than "Oh, WWE are WWE, therefore I deduce that anything they do is stupid" then you would see that the Boogeyman does have something too him...he has captured the fans imaginations, both marks and smarks...plus, there is actually some sort of meaning behind the character...The Boogeyman is a German folk tale where he comes to your room and puts you to sleep with dust...he stops time for you, hence the smashing of the "Flavour Flav" clock when he enters...as for the worms, well they are playing on a backstage joke because Marty Wright (aka The Boogeyman) eats worms backstage because they are high in protein...Just because you don't understand/like the character, doesn't mean he isn't good!
